Jenn brings over 20 years of relationship-focused experience to our practice, with a background in account management, strategic planning, and client care. A graduate of UNC Charlotte and recipient of the James Robert Brown Scholarship for Academic Excellence and Leadership, Jenn has built her career around truly knowing people—what matters to them, what supports them, and how to create a seamless, welcoming experience from the moment they connect with our practice.
Jenn has a natural ability to make patients feel seen, understood, and supported. She leads with warmth, clarity, and thoughtful communication, ensuring that every member experience reflects the high-touch, personalized nature of Wise Concierge Medicine. Whether coordinating onboarding, maintaining ongoing touchpoints, or assisting with care logistics, Jenn plays a key role in nurturing long-term relationships and helping patients feel deeply cared for throughout their health and wellness journey.

Shannon Cunningham, LPN
Shannon is a licensed practical nurse and our amazing concierge care coordinator with more than 15 years of hands-on experience supporting patients and families across a wide range of healthcare settings. Her background includes roles in admissions, patient care, and nurse case management, giving her a unique ability to bridge both the clinical and administrative sides of care.
Shannon is known for her calm presence, thoughtful communication, and genuine commitment to making patients feel supported and understood. She brings a seamless blend of clinical knowledge and organizational expertise to our practice—ensuring that every detail is handled with care, clarity, and compassion.
